    I purchased an unlocked CDMA/GSM phone. Is there a place in the states that sells RUIM cards and does Verizon or Sprint support them?

    Verizon and Sprint do not support R-UIM cards. I don't know of any CDMA provider in the US that does. You're better off getting a GSM provider SIM.
