Decent New Smartphones Under $100.00??

I am a Verizon user and would like to upgrade to the Share Everything plan. I am upgrading my basic phone via an
upgrade but my wife's not due until April '13.

Are there any new decent smartphones that can be purchased without the upgrade feature for around $100?

What exactly are you looking for in a smart phone? More than likely you aren't going to find anything new with a retail price of $100. You may be able to find a used Android phone for that on ebay, just make sure the ESN is clean (not lost or stolen).

They don't even have a phone that is less than $300 without a new contract.
