Using iTunes:

If you have access to a computer then you can use iTunes in order to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. (You can always download iTunes from the official Apple website). Transferred contacts include the contact's address, email, image and all the details available.

  1. Open iTunes on your computer and connect your iPhone to it via USB
  2. When connected, the iPhone will appear in iTunes. Click it to view the summary page
  3. Next, go to the "Info" tab and mark the "Sync Contacts With" check box
  4. Select "Google Contacts" from the drop-down list
  5. If you haven't added a Google account in iTunes prior to this guide, then enter your Google account log in details. Otherwise, you can click "Configure" and select an existing account
  6. Click "Apply" and iTunes will now start syncing your iPhone contacts
  7. Pick up toe Lenovo S930 and log in with the same Google account. If necessary, go to "Settings" > "Accounts" and add it
  8. Allow the account to sync the contacts with your device

Using iCloud:

The iCloud backup service can be used to transfer your iPhone contacts over to the Lenovo S930, as long as you have an iCloud account and you've previously created a backup on your device. To share the contacts via iCloud:

  1. Open the Internet browser on your computer and visit https://www.icloud.com/. Then, log in with your iCloud account
  2. Go to "Contacts"
  3. From the contacts list, select the entries that you wish to share
  4. Click the "Settings" icon depicting a cog wheel (lower-left) and select "Export vCard"
  5. A VCF file containing the selected contacts will now be downloaded on your computer
  6. Import the VCF file to "Google Contacts". Alternatively, connect your Lenovo S930 to your computer via USB, copy the VCF file to the "sdcard" directory and import the vCard file through the contacts app. Open it, tap "Menu" > "Import / Export" and follow any self-explanatory steps

Using the "My Contacts Backup" Application:

Both the iTunes and iCloud method require you to have access to a computer. However, if that is not an option for you, there are still other methods of contact transfer; specifically through apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that offers you ways to transfer contacts from an iPhone via email.

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone and download "My Contacts Backup"
  2. Once installed, open the application and tap "Backup"
  3. A VCF file containing the contacts will be created. Tap "Email" to attach the file to an email
  4. Enter your Gmail address as the recipient, and send the email
  5. Switch over to the Lenovo S930 and open the email
  6. Download the VCF file and import the contacts on your device via the contacts app

Using the "Bump" Application:

Last but not least, there's also "Bump", an iOS and Android app that can transfer contacts through the cloud. Once again, there's no need for a computer, but an active Internet connection is required on both of your smartphones.

  1. Install Bump on your iPhone and Lenovo S930, through the App Store and Play Store respectively
  2. Open the application on both smartphones, and allow permissions when prompted to do so
  3. Pick up the iPhone and swipe to the contacts section
  4. Select the contacts that you want to transfer
  5. A "Bump now!" label should pop-up in the top-right area. At this point you can lightly bump the smartphones together
  6. A "Connect" button should appear on both smartphones' display. Tap it, and your iPhone contacts will be transferred over to the S930 via cloud
