Hello:

I have Prepaid Verizon Cell-phone for the past three years and always paid before its expiring-date, mid-August and until now, everything was fine, both 'call out' and 'receive.'

However recently, I can NOT receive a call although I can call out anywhere, including my home phone.

When I pick the cell-phone after hearing two or three ringings and trying to answer the phone by pushing 'send,' the cell-phone immediately cutting off. Then, I can not answer to any phone-calls at all.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

It says, .... 'restricted #,' when I did *228.'
I have no idea regarding 'rebooting the cell-phone.'

Any solution to this?

Turn it off, take out the battery for a bit, put it back in, turn phone on.

Exactly what phone is it? You may want to call up Verizon Wireless support.
