Cell owners don't want to discuss the fact that all LCD screens used on todays' cellphones are hard or even impossible to see out of doors. At the park, on a ship, and especially at the beach, LCD screens can hardly be seen. I have tried adjusting the brightness to the peak level but the screens still wash-out and words are hard to read and photos are hard to take. The same goes for the screens of digital cameras. We must try to shade the screens with our hands until brighter displays of OLED screens become available. These screens are used at Vegas and Times Square and can easily be seen even in broad daylight.
