Block Calls & Messages:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap the name of the contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls & Messages:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Select the contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Forward All Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap “Phone” while on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”: and if necessary, enter the phone number to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward “When busy”, “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Update” or “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch the “Phone” app
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to disable “Always forward”, “When busy”, “When unanswered”, or “When unreachable”
  5. Tap “Disable”
