Block / Unblock Calls:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Tap “Menu” and select “All calls to Voicemail”
  4. If you want to unblock calls, simply follow the steps above and clear the “All calls to Voicemail” option

Forward Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings” > “Call”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
  5. Tap “Disable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”, “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered”, or “Forward when unreachable”
  5. Tap “Disable”
