Forward Calls (Unconditional):

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings’
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number to forward alls to
  5. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” and open “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward calls “When busy”, “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
  5. Enter or update the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Update” or “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call settings”
  3. Scroll to and tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose “Always forward”, “When busy”, “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
  5. Tap “Disable”

Block / Unblock a Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Tap the name of the contact you wish to block
  4. Tap “Edit contact”
  5. Tap “Menu” > and enable “All calls to voicemail”
  6. To disable call blocking, follow the steps above, and simply disable the “All calls to voicemail” option
