Create a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Add contact”
  3. Select an account if necessary
  4. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the proper fields
  5. Tap “Done” to save the contact

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Find the “Direct Dial” widget and drag > release it on top of the home screen
  4. When prompted with the contacts list, select the contact you want to link with the Direct Dial widget

NOTE: You can add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen, and organize them in Folders as you would with app shortcuts.

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
  4. Tap “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM” or “Export to Storage”
  5. If necessary, select an account to sync contacts with

Delete a Contact:

  1. Tap “Contacts” on the home screen
  2. Select the contact you want to remove
  3. Tap “Edit contact” > “Menu”
  4. Tap “Delete” > “OK”

Create a New Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts” and tap “Add contact”
  2. Scroll to “Group” and tap “Group name”
  3. Enter a name for the group and tap “OK”
  4. Enter the name of the contact(s) you wish to be part of the group
  5. Tap “Back” to save the changes

Add a Contact to an Existing Account:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Group name” and select an existing group
  5. Tap “Back” to save the changes

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open the “Phone” app
  2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Call history”
  3. Tap and hold a call log entry if you want to view more details
  4. To clear the call log, go to “Call history”, tap “Menu” and tap “Clear call log”
