Forward All Incoming Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Always forward”
  5. Tap “Contacts” to choose a contact to forward to, or enter the desired phone number
  6. Press “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional):

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable”, or “When busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for forwarding incoming calls to
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm

Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Access the “All contacts” tab
  4. Tap the contact you want to block
  5. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts” and select the contact you wish to unblock
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Messenger”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / number you want to block
  4. Tap “Menu”
  5. Tap “People & options” > “Block (number)”
  6. Tap “OK” to confirm

NOTE: After blocking the contact, you will continue to receive messages from the contact, but the conversation thread will be archived and you will no longer receive notifications for messages from this particular contact.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Blocked contacts”
  4. Tap the contact / number you want to unblock

NOTE: The conversation thread will be removed from archives.
