Block Calls:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts” and access the “All Contacts” tab
  3. Select the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Turn on “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and turn off “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

  1. Launch “Messages”
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “People & options”
  5. Tap “Block (number)” > “OK”

NOTE: After the contact has been blocked, you will continue to receive messages from it, but the conversation thread will be archived and you will no longer receive notifications.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Blocked contacts”
  4. Select the phone number / contact you want to unblock

NOTE: After unblocking a contact, the conversation thread will be removed from archives.

Forward Calls:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number to forward incoming calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional):

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  6. Tap “Disable” to confirm
