Enable Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Go to “Call settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Enable Call Forwarding (Conditional):
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to forward incoming calls “When busy”, “When unreachable” or “When unanswered”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
- Tap “Settings” > “Call settings”
- Scroll to and tap “Call forwarding”
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
Block Calls:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Contacts”
- Tap the name of the contact you want to block
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Select “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Calls:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Contacts”
- Tap the name of the contact to unblock
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Disable “All calls to voicemail”
Block Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Google “Messenger”
- Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “People & options”
- Tap “Block [phone number]”
- Press “OK” to confirm
NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages received from the blocked contact will be archived.
Unblock Messages via Messenger:
- Open Google “Messenger”
- Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
- Select a conversation thread to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Tap “Menu” again and select “People & Options”
- Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
