Enable Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be missing if it’s not supported by your carrier)
- Enter or select the phone number / contact you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Enable Call Forwarding (Conditional):
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu”
- Access “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- Select to forward calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
- Enter or edit the phone number to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- Select to disable “Always forward” or a different forwarding option
- Tap “Disable”
Block Calls:
- Tap “Contacts” on the home screen
- Go to “All contacts”
- Select the contact you want to block
- Tap “Edit”
- Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Calls:
- Open “Contacts” and go to “All contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Edit”
- Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”
Block Messages via Google Messenger:
- Launch “Messenger”
- Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
- Tap “Menu”
- Tap “People & options”
- Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”
NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived.
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open Google “Messenger”
- Tap “Menu” and go to “Archived”
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Tap “Menu” again and tap “People & Options”
- Tap “Unblock [phone number]"
