Create a New Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts
  3. Go to “All Contacts” and tap “+
  4. Select an account to sync the contact with
  5. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done” to confirm

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export
  3. Select to “Import from storage”, “Export to storage”, or “Import from SIM
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process

Assign Contacts to Speed Dial via Direct Dial Widgets:

  1. On the home screen, tap and hold an empty area
  2. Go to “Widgets
  3. Find the “Direct Dial” widget and drag > drop the widget in an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to associate with the Direct Dial widget

NOTE: Following the steps above you can add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen. Additionally, you can organize Direct Dial widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging one widget and dropping it on top of another.

Deleting Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts
  2. Access “All Contacts
  3. Select the contact you want to delete
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu
  5. Tap “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Access “Call history
  4. Tap a call log entry to view more details
  5. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history” > “Clear call log

Create a Caller Group via Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts
  2. Go to “All Contacts
  3. Select the contact you want to use for creating a new group
  4. Tap “Edit
  5. Scroll down to and tap “More Fields
  6. Tap “Group name” > “Create new group
  7. Enter the desired name for the group
  8. Tap “OK” to confirm

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts
  2. Go to “All Contacts
  3. Select the desired contact to add to a group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields
  5. Tap “Group name
  6. Select the desired group and tap “OK” to confirm
