What's the best sounding phone you have heard?

Wondering what do people think the best sounding phone people have come across (MIDI ringtone). I would think I have to say excluding a situation when a phone is using MP3 as a ringtone.

What I would like to know is -

Quality
Clarity
Loudness
etc

i like that samsung phone with the rotating camera, i forget the model number- but it sounds awesome !!

Ive got the Motorola T720, and it sounds pretty good, but Samsungs S310 is really tight-ass
