Sprint Vision phones can play voice ringers, but only in PMD or QCP formats. These formats were created by Qualcomm using a proprietary program.

All Sanyo phones play PMD and QCP ringers.

Sanyo makes the best phones for Sprint. QCP or Qcelp files are voice recordings that play on phones that have Qualcomm CDMA chips inside.
