I am currently using an Audiovox 8610, and my service provider is Virgin Mobile. Since yesterday, I have not been able to recieve ingoing calls, nor make outgoing. My friends have tried to call it, but my phone will not ring and does not recognize that anyone has called it. Is there a possibility that such a state is something depicted in the manual?
I did try out the inept help sections on both Virgin Mobile and Audiovox websites, but they were, well, inept. I will most likely call Tech support later today unless someone can help find the solution to my problem.

Give Virgin Mobile a call and they will help you out. It is probably a network issue of SprintPCS in your area. Call them and they will give you a trouble-ticket or open a case and they will work it out. It is more than likely not your phone. Have you been messing with the settings? What about using ##VIRGIN to reprogram it? If you have then set these setting back to default (you can use the code ##1133) and call Virgin Mobile.
