Re: USCC any1?
Verizon seems to have the best service quality which is great. i am a big fan of that. everywhere i go i receive service and am able to make a call.
However, should you need any sort of help from them, its a process! One time i bought a new car charger for my phone because i lost mine. so i went into the store, was greeted by the "greater" who was able to find the car charger and ring it up for me. The whole process took under 5 minutes. The next day i went home and found my car charger. rather then wasting $30.00 i went back to the Verizon store to return the one i had recently purchased. i walked in and again was greeted by the "greater." Told him i wanted to return the charger he said "okay, let me put your name on the list." I asked why my name had to be put on a list, and he says so you can return it. i told him he was the same person who one day ago rang it up. he replied saying he didn't have return authorization and it was going to take me over an hour and half to return the charger.
I have had several experiences like this displaying poor customer service. If you are a customer who does not need any help from a company, Verizon is great. However, should you need ANY assistance, good luck!
