i450 has widen, 4x faster

You may need to do a code plug edit to enable WiDEN on a i450. Some i450's may already com enabled. You will also need to be in a WiDEN enabled area in order to take advantage of the speed. BTW, on Sept 11 Boost will raise their rates to $.35/day for unlimited data.

Thanks to your input I've gotten my i450 and its working now. My current speed is 57.6 kbps. How would would I know if I have widen already enabled? And if I can get faster speeds how hard to find and do is this codeplugging?

Regular iDEN is 19.2kbps max. (Do an online speed test). If you are at 57.6kbps (dial-up speed) then that means your i450 is already WiDEN enabled, and you are in a WiDEN area. There isn't any really good WiDEN vs regular iDEN map out there that I have found. But in gerneral Nextel has WiDEN available in the more densely populated areas. So I assume you are in a larger city.
