I currently have a cingular wireless phone number and phone and a verizon business line (land line).

I'd like to be able to operate both number froma single wireless device withoiut having to change SIM cards. Both Verizon and Cingular do not support this.

Is there a carrier that I could port both numbers to that supports dual phone numbers?

I don't believe so. You definitely won't be able to with Cingular/Verizon, but maybe if you got them both on the same carrier they would. However, I don't know of any carrier that does this.
