I just bought my first cellphone and It is pre-paid with the page plus carrier. I don't know how to say It or anything cause this is my first cell phone. I know that It's a samsung but I don't know what kind of samsung It is. I didn't even get a booklet on how to work the phone. I bought It from metro pcs yesterday but I can't figure out where to download ringtones, games, and wallpapers or even how. Am I able to get ringtones and wallpapers with page plus? Could someone help me out with how this works please? I would really appreciate It.

I'm surprised a Sprint phone will work on PagePlus. You likely have an incompatible preferred roaming list (PRL) so the phone may not work properly in certain places. Then again, if the *228 activation worked, maybe you do have the proper PRL.

I guess I have nothing intelligent to offer, but am interested.

Yes, I found out I believe It's a Samsung SPH-a460, but on the label under the battery It says:

Ref: HS- TC002

But at the top of the battery It says:

LG: VX3200
VX7000
SY-4930

I'm not really that up to speed on what PagePlus offers for bells and whistles. I live in Canada and use PagePlus when I'm in the States. I have a really pathetic phone (Nokia 5185i) because that was the only Verizon phone I had, and because I rarely use it.

PagePlus works in Canada (at 99 cents a minute) which is handy.

That's really cool! Another question though. Don't all phones supposed to come with a booklet or instruction manual on how to work It? Mine only came with a charger/battery. I think she may have taken It out and forgot to put It back in or something.
