Hi, I'm new here.

I have a friend who I cannot call, and we can't understand why.

The friend says they don't get the calls. And when I leave a voice message they never get the messages either.

Even their family cannot get through.

How is this possible? Why can I hear their phone ring, and I can leave a message, but they don't get it? Can this be a service provider issue?

I'm a total phone newbie, so your help in understanding this would be greatly appreciated.

Is you friend stay nearby you ? Perhaps you and your friend can meet up and try on the spot then.

Otherwise ask your friend if he/she have any problem receiving any other calls.

Your friend might be owning a S60 Symbian hp, and perhaps he installed some software which can filter certain calls, perhaps your numbers accidentally entered into his unwanted call list
