    Looking at T-mobile, Verizon, AT&T and sprint. Leaning towards sprint because I've had them for many years without many complaints. Of course, I have been fortunate enough not to require customer service. However, there recent troubles concern me a bit. Also I will be going with a blackberry. Not really looking for info on sprint, but info re service regarding the other carriers would be appreciated. This is for NYC area, but I travel nationally (MA, CA) quite a bit. Thanks.

    I would suggest you to check the coverage of each provider. Make sure if you travel to MA/CA, wherever you travel the most, you get the good coverage.
