Screen on a Blackjack went WHITE - took the phone in, where a manager looked at a small chip inside and declared, phone not under warranty because of the "color". Bought a new inexpensive phone to stay active, angry at being charged $399 for a new phone when the stated price in the store was $189 ??
and in transferring data fro Blackjack to new small phone - all contacts on
SIM card appear lost. In case info was on Blackjack - took a look through computer - nope nothing there. Phone and
SIM appear to be wiped.
We've had same account for six years, paying $325 - $350 each month for heavy useage on 2 phones having bought 4 - 5 new phones over the six years.
Suddenly it seems we're being unreasonable asking for help or consideration.
Maddening! Help - how do I find another Blackjack user to try the
SIM card in another Blackjack phone as a last hope.
