I'm new to prepaid, but I'd like to get a "semi-smart" phone that at least has good texting/IM features. Actual phone calls will be very limited.

I'd like to spend about $20 per month, which may not be realistic, but I figured I'd ask anyway.

Is there a phone/provider out there for me?
