Had a Asda-mobile sim for a couple of months now,great except on a number of occasions I've been sent pictures or video that have taken ages to arrive,sometimes a couple of hours but the latest I was sent a video about 20hrs ago and it still hasn't arrived.

Also,I will sometimes receive mms message and then it will come again and again over the next few days.
Anyone know what the cause is likely to be and a remedy ?
