I'm in the nj nyc urbs (201 areacode) and need a new plan. Requirements are
-sim card
-windows mobile handset
-free handset
-decent call quality/coverage
-no required internet plan
-no contract

I have considered T-Mobile, because I can use my school funding to pay for it (more on that in T-Mobile thread), and boost, because their price is right (although i heard their call quality is crappy). I am open to any other options that fit my requirements

Try openrangewireless.com. They have prepaid, no contract service that is unbeatable.
