So I'm kinda in an odd situation right now. I had Alltel for 21 months, and normally I could renew my phone with Verizon if I wanted. The problem was that the particular store I bought my Alltel phone from didn't go with the merge so I was told I had to wait 24 months in order to switch otherwise I would get charged some termination fee. Well my phone broke, and there were no Alltel stores open around me anymore, so I decided to switch over to Verizon anyway and just pay the termination fee.

That was a month ago. Every day I get a call at 7:50 in the morning, if I answer it, it hangs up right away, if I let it go to voice mail, i get a message saying, ".... collection efforts, again, the number is 1-800-672-2051 option 4". If I try calling that number, it asks me to enter my phone number, I do, and I get a response saying my number is no longer in the system. If I do not enter my number, the call ends, there are no other options. I have tried calling other alltel numbers, and I have similar results. I have never received a bill in the mail since I switched. I cannot log into my alltel profile because my phone number needs to be updated. I cannot email alltel customer support because they say they have switched over to verizon, and as far as I know, all of the alltel stores in my area are closed now.

I just want to pay my bill... Help?
