I have T-Mobile as of now, but my plan ends in september, and I am thinking of moving to Sprint for the HTC Evo, but the problem is, my family needs to keep the same phonenumbers...
So this is a 2 part question.

1) Can you have the same phone number when you switch providers?
and if yes,

2) Which provider would be the cheapest to go with? My family would consist of 5 people and the plan would be talk&text, and data for 1 person.
