Hello

I have a BDBAL B5008 which is a Dual Sim phone.
I am having a problem with my contacts
when text messages are sent to me only the contact number
shows not the name. Is their some way i could change this?
because it is very annoying for me to check my contacts every so often
to find out who has texted me! i have tried my message settings, contact settings,
and phone settings but nothing had worked/helped.
If you have any information or know how to fix this problem
please reply ASAP, i am desperate to know,
