Best unlimited Texting +some talk plan?

What Is the best plan that has unlimited texting and at least 100 minutes? US cellular has a unlimited texting and like 200 minutes a month for 30$, is there somthing better than that? It would be even better if I could get a little web usage too, but I don't want to go over 30$, and the provider has to be reliable and have somewhat decent Customer service, It It would be even better if you could bring your old phone when you switch, but if it doesn't have that it's fine.

You might be interested in T-Mobile's $30/month plan, which includes 100 minutes, unlimited messaging, and unlimited data (the first 5 GB at 4G speeds).

I know you said you don't want to go over $30 per month, but for an additional $5 per month (for a total of $35 per month) you can get Virgin Mobile, which offers 300 minutes, unlimited messaging, and unlimited data. Virgin Mobile uses Sprint's network, without roaming.

You can use an Android device on either plan if you choose to do so.
