LOCATION: MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN

My local service providers are:
ATT
VERIZON
SPRINT
T-Mobile
US-Cellular
maybe some small ones I dont know about. These are the ones i have store too near me.

I have no idea where to start, who to trust.

Right now we have verizon, 3GB data, unlimited, $130 for 2 iPhone 5c's.

We are content with our phones and if there would be a new plan suggested we would like to stay with Apple as many people would oppose :P

We get to keep our phones and they are fully intact. So we could use them to trade.

Can anyone give me some suggestions on some good plans available?
