can someone tell me where cell phone area code 207 is from

Did a google search and it came up with Maine

thankyou, I did the same search and came up with the same thing, but I don't think it is a cell phone search. Doesnt make since.

I guess I don't understand. All of Maine is 207...and that includes all cellphones from that area.....so what are you saying about, you don't think it's a cell phone search?

Yeah... It is Maine... and cell phones have the same area codes as landlines do. A landline could be 207-555-3567 and a cell phone could be 207-415-5555 but no matter what if the cell phone came from Maine, the area code is gonna be 207.
