Set the ringtone .. on someone else's phone.

Hi everybody.

I've put an Android App together that allows you to change the ringtone on someone else's phone. They'll need the app installed too, and you can switch on and off the automatic downloading and installing if you don't trust your friends.

You can also record directly from the phone microphone and make that their ringtone as well - stuff like "GET OUT OF BED" and ... well.. whatever you want.

I only have a really small collection of pre-recorded ringtones on it so far as I'm paying for the licensing costs out of my own wallet.. and if it takes off, well I'll just plough money into more licenses for more ringtones etc etc.

I'm really after some volunteers to help test it. Can you ?

The app is called "TonePush" - I can't put a link on here as I've just joined but if you google for it or search on the google play store, you'll find it easily enough.

( Oh and obviously you'll either need a second android phone or a friend with an Android phone too to help test it on ).

I think that's a great idea. It looks like the application has good reviews. It's a nice way to get someone's attention if they're not answering.
