I'm looking for a phone with the specs of the title, today I have two devices, one personal and the gig, I intend to buy another cel with the following:

- Support Dual Chip;
- Android OS;
- Touch

I accept all the suggestions here I was looking for and I saw some Chinas also seem to be very good, but is there what is the best and that's really worth, you can be branded also...but then falls in the price factor, which is not to willing to pay sooo...
