Heres a little info that should get new members started,

1.) Boost i860, i830, i285, and some i730's have double locks. This means the CANNOT be unlocked by any means.

2.) Nextel/Boost phones can only be used w/ Nextel/Boost sim cards. This means Nextel/Boost phones WILL NOT work w/ any GSM carrier. (Cingular, T-Mo, ETC...)

3.) Please, Do not ask any questions about Carrier RSS and or Depot. If you search, you will find all the answers. All threads pertaining to iDEN software will be deleted.


4.) No more i930 threads. There is a stickied i930 thread at the top of the Nextel page.

5.) Do not make For Sale/Trade threads in any of the Nextel forums. There is a For Sale/Trade forum here at CPF.

6.)Boost SIM cards work in Nextel phones w/o unlocking the phone. If you want to use a Nextel SIM in a Boost phone, THE BOOST PHONE MUST BE UNLOCKED. (Also, We dont discuss unlocking here on CPF.)

7.) THERE ARE NO CODES FOR FREE BOOST MINUTES/CHIRP. All threads created about free Boost anything will be deleted.

If any more issues arise, they will be delt with swiftly.
