Advanced Calling Features

If anyone had Cingular or T-Mobile can relate to what iam about to say. You know on a Cingular phone how u can make a three way call, and you have full control of the three-way conference,for example. while iam on the three way, i can seperate the three way, i can conference the threeway again, i can even put the threeway on hold and call a fourth person,and switch between the conference and the fourth caller. I wanna add that type of function to my nextel phone because, the minute i make a threeway call on the phone, its stuck i cant do nothing with it. Is there anyway i can try and function the phone to do that and still use my iDEN service
