Unlock: Motorola i560 from NEXTEL to Cingular??

I have a Nextel, Motorolla i560 and would like to take my sim card from my cingular phone, and activate the i560 with my cingular service. From what I understand, this requires an unlock code. I've searched and searched for one but would like to do it without paying for it... If anyone knows where i can find out the unlock code for free or very cheap, please let me know. Thanks..

Nextel is iden, and is not compatable with any others.
