Helio Ocean Phone Service in NY and rest of USA?

Hey,

I really like the configuration, features, and look of the Helio Ocean, the way it is made is pretty much the most desireable phone for my personally. But I have no idea about it's service in the New York area, I checked their site and it says it has a very strong signal for New York City and the mass majority of Long Island which is good because I live there, but I zoomed out and saw the rest of the country had nowhere near the amount of service as New York

Also the only way I could afford to pay for their rates is if my whole family switched our family plan over to Helio... this might be hard to convince them to do so... but if the phone service is good enough I'm sure it'd be a lot easier

so my question is, is the Helio Ocean's service dependable? Is it reliable? I don't know anyone who owns one... How is it's internet service? instant messaging? phone service most importantly... all these things, just let me know what you think of it if you own it or know someone who has it.

helio uses the sprint towers. So anywhere you know sprint has good service.. so will you.

Also, I'll be getting my helio ocean in a couple days. I'm excited.

at&t just sux now that they got cingular...Ive been wanting to check Helio out myself. didnt know about the sprint towers though. So I guess Ill pass.
