Palm Contacts from 680 to Blackberry W/O palm desktop

Hi every one..

Since I have a 64 bit system Palm desktop will not run or load.. (Hot sync) (I don not have the bluetooth option either..)

and I am thinking of getting a Blackberry..
How would I get the contacts from the phone over to the blackberry??..(since they are not on the sim card.....)

I searched and all I can find is IF you are already using Hotsync to get them from the palm desktop.....which I am not...
