    palm treo 700wx screen does not enegize when start button pushed or call comes in (the screen lines flutter). I've found that if I put it in a frezzer for 5 minutes it will start right up.

    sounds like something is wrong with the connection between the phone and the screen. You'll either need to take it to a repair shop or get a new (used) one on ebay.
