How-to: HTC One ME: Block Calls & Messages; Forward Calls / Manage the Call Log

View and Reset the Call Log:

1. Open the "Phone" app
2. Swipe to the "Call History" tab
3. Tap an entry to view more details about it
4. To clear the call log, press "Menu" > "Remove call history"
5. Tap "Menu" > "Select all" > "Delete"
6. Press "OK" to confirm

Block Calls and Messages

Block Calls:

1. Tap "Apps" from the home screen
2. Open "people" and press "Menu"
3. Tap "Manage contacts" > "Blocked contacts"
4. Tap "Add" and follow one of the sets of steps below:
   
   • To block a contact from the phonebook:
     
     1. Mark the check box associated with the desired contact
     2. Tap "Save"
     3. To copy the contact information to another account, tap "OK"
   • To block a new phone number:
     
     1. Enter the phone number you wish to block
     2. Tap "OK" to confirm

Block Messages:

1. Launch the "Messages" application
2. Tap and hold the message thread containing the phone number you want to block
3. In the "Message options" menu, tap "Block contact"
4. If you need to unblock the number, access "Messages", press "Menu" > "Block list" and select the desired contact
5. Tap "Menu" > "Unblock contacts"

Unblock a Phone Number:

1. Launch "People"
2. Press "Menu" > "Manage contacts"
3. Tap "Blocked contacts" and press "Menu"
4. Select the contact or phone number you want to unblock
5. Tap "Delete"

Call Forwarding

Forward All Calls (Unconditional):

1. Open the apps drawer and access the "Settings" menu
2. Tap "Call" > "Call forwarding"
3. Tap "Always forward" and select the phone number you want to forward calls to
4. Tap "Enable"

Forward Certain Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):

1. Go to the phone's "Settings" screen
2. Tap "Call" > "Call forwarding"
3. Choose to "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
4. If necessary enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap "Update"

Cancel Call Forwarding:

1. Tap "Apps" on the home screen
2. Access "Settings"
3. Tap "Call" > "Call forwarding"
4. Tap "Always forward" > "Disable"
