Phone Drivers T-Mobil MDA (HTC MDA)

I have lost the original getting started CD that came with phone and need the drivers to install it. I have been unable to use the Microsoft Active Sync since it will not recognize the phone when connected to USB port.
Thanks to anyone that can help me locate these drivers.
