Problem with my HTC 720

so my phone will only work now when its open(as in slided open) when i have it closed the keys lock and some of the buttons wont work, i think my memory will be full but it wont let me delete my texts. anyone able to help?

I'm having the exact same problem. Only the number keys work, not the soft keys or the call/hang up keys. The navigation stick doesn't work either.

I'm taking mine in to be replaced tomorrow. I suggest you do the same.
