Problem with my Wing

so im sure ill probably have no choice but to get a new phone but i figured i might as well ask......

has anyone ever had a problem with their Wing and the start menu popping up? Its happening to me, just happens when i get a text, or when im in the middle of messing with the phone. and i dont simply close it and its done, NO. it repeatedly pops up as if it was being tapped rapidly and i keep getting knocked off the screen i was busy on or i just cant do anything. it is infuriating as i just wanted to throw my phone the last time it happened. i always take really good care of my phones and this one is no exception. it has taken no damage at all so i have no idea why its doing this. i dont know if this can be fixed or what and i have no idea if i can return it for another phone or not. anyone have any info?

Before you consider returning it, do what T-Mobile techs would have you do: Save your data and do a factory reset.

already tried that b4 i had even called tech support. i wound up getting a replacement sent to me cuz it was still under warranty.
