HTC Hero e-mail settings

I just got an HTC Hero which I think is terrific, however, I am having difficulty adding my comcast.net e-mail account. I believe that it is a POP, but I do not know the other elements, i.e.SMTP server and Server Can anybody help?

Either go on the internet and get those settings from your inbox, or call Comcast and get the settings.

If you can't find them, set up a gmail account and forward your comcast emails to the gmail account.

Hi, I work for Comcast. The incoming (POP3) server is mail.comcast.net, and the outgoing (SMTP) mail server is smtp.comcast.net Make sure you set your server port numbers to 587 for outgoing and 110 for incoming, as port 25 is now blocked by Comcast due to spam.
