how do i unfreeze my htc hd2?

the screen is frozen, i can still answer my calls with the buttons on the bottom and it will show when i get a txt but wont let me do anything else. someone please help!

Have you tried taking the battery out?

yes ive taken it out plus i have performed a master reset but it still wont work.

I would suggest reflashing it, maybe that's the problem could be due to water spillage or something.
Then again you could just take it to a pro/cell phone shop and get it checked out ?

I wonder if you could defrost the phone to my me is happening the same
