HTC Windows Phone 8X freezes after hard reset

I have followed the instructions of To Perform a Master/Factory Reset via Hardware. But the phone freezes on the start up screen. have you got any idea to fix this problem? Thanks for your help in advance.

Have you tried the sequence again? What was the reason for hard resetting?

yes already tried it and now my phone does not operate any more.only black screen no vibrations or anything. it had personel data of my friends his accounts and such so i wanted to get rid of all data at once.

This is a silly question, but is the battery charged?
