Block Incoming Calls:
- On the home screen, launch “People”
- Tap “Menu”
- Tap “Manage contacts”
- Tap “Blocked contacts”
- Press “+” and follow one of the steps below:
- To block an existing contact: check the box associated with the contact and tap “Save”. (Optionally, you can tap “OK” to save the contact info to a different account)
- To block a phone number: enter it in the appropriate field and tap “OK”
Unblock Calls:
- Open “People”
- Tap “Menu” > “Manage contact”
- Access “Blocked contacts”
- Tap “Menu”
- Tap “Remove blocked contacts” and select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” to confirm
Block Messages:
- On the home screen, tap “Messages”
- Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact you want to prevent from sending you messages
- At the “Message options” prompt, tap “Block contact”
Unblock Messages:
- Open “Messages”
- Tap “Menu”
- Tap “Block list”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unblock contacts”
Turn On Call Forwarding:
- Open the “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call”
- Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Forward Calls (Conditional):
- Open the apps drawer
- Access “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
- Tap “Update” / “Enable”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open the “Settings” menu
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward” or a different forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
