Create a Contact:

  1. On the home screen, open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “People” and tap “+”
  3. Enter the contact’s name in the appropriate field
  4. Under “Contact type” tap the button and select “Phone” or a different option
  5. Under “Phone”, tap the button and select a phone number type
  6. Enter the contact’s phone number and other details in the appropriate fields
  7. Tap “Save” when you’re ready to store the contact

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Open “People”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Manage contacts”
  4. Tap “Import / Export contacts”
  5. Select to “Import from SD card”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to SD card”
  6. Select the contacts you want to transfer, if necessary, or tap “Menu” > “Select all”
  7. Tap “Save” and, if necessary, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Speed dial”
  3. Tap the “Add” icon and select the contact you want to add to speed dial. Optionally, you can use the “Search” field to find a contact
  4. Under “Number”, tap the button and select the phone number you want to link to speed dialing
  5. Under “Location”, tap the button and select an available speed dial number to associate with the contact
  6. Tap “Save”

Delete a Contact:

  1. Launch “People” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Delete contacts”
  3. Select the contacts you want to remove
  4. Tap “Delete”

Create a Caller Group:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Swipe left to access the “Groups” tab
  3. Tap “Add” and enter the desired name for the group
  4. When ready, tap “Save”

Add Contacts to Existing Caller Groups:

  1. Launch “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Slide the screen left to the “Groups” tab
  3. Select the group you want to add contacts to
  4. Tap “Add” and mark the check boxes associated with the desired contacts. Optionally, you can use the “Search” field
  5. Tap “Save” to confirm the changes

Access and Reset the Call Log:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Access the “Call history” tab
  3. To view more details on a call log entry, tap it
  4. To reset the call log, go to the “Call history” screen and tap “Menu”
  5. Tap “Remove call history” > “Menu” > “Select all”
  6. Tap “Delete” > “OK” to confirm
